For custom fabrication tasks you can forward your drawings and requirements and one of our experienced and capable staff will guide you through the process of developing your fabrication project.

Our factory is equipped with the following:

• 1 x 20 Tonne & 1 x 10 Tonne overhead cranes.
• 6 x Jib Cranes up to 2-Tonne capacity.
• Imcar Plate Rollers – Capacity up to 3m wide plate, down to 460mm dia.
• Imcar Plate Rollers – Capacity up to 2.5m wide plate, down to 300mm dia.
• CNC Plasma Cutter – Capacity 2.5m wide x 9m cutting bed.
• 120T Brake Press.
• 1 x Guillotine 3m wide. Up to 6m MS256.

Plate Rolling

HKE have over 12 years’ experience in Plate Rolling. Materials rolled vary from stainless steel, aluminium and other speciality materials. We ensure rollers are well maintained and cleaned to ensure impurities and contaminants are eliminated when rolling speciality materials.

Smallest diameter to roll is 300mm, largest 2200mm diameter depending on material thickness, grades and types.

• Drilling, tapping, slotting keyways, pins, bosses and bushes – are a small part of what we do.

From samples we can produce manufacturing drawings for one off or volume jobs.
